SolarShine Solutions provides professional solar panel cleaning services and does not sell or ship physical products. As a result, no shipping fees, delivery times, or courier services apply to our business.

Service Areas
We currently provide solar panel cleaning services throughout Johannesburg, Gauteng, and selected surrounding areas. Availability may vary depending on your location.
Appointment Confirmation
Your booking is only confirmed once you have received confirmation from SolarShine Solutions via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Arrival Times
Our team aims to arrive at the scheduled appointment time. However, arrival times may occasionally be affected by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Should any delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to arrange a new appointment at a convenient time.
Weather Conditions
For safety reasons, services may be postponed due to heavy rain, strong winds, lightning, or other hazardous weather conditions. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a new appointment at no additional cost.
