Returns

SolarShine Solutions provides professional solar panel cleaning services and does not sell physical products. As a result, there are no products to return.

Refunds

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so that we can review your concerns.

Where appropriate, SolarShine Solutions may, at its sole discretion:

• Re-clean the affected solar panels at no additional charge.

• Offer a partial refund where a service issue cannot reasonably be resolved.

• Provide another suitable solution based on the circumstances.

Refunds will not be issued where:

• The customer changes their mind after the service has been completed.

• The reduced performance of a solar system is caused by equipment faults, shading, inverter issues, damaged panels, or factors unrelated to cleaning.

• The customer was not available for the scheduled appointment after confirmation.

• Access to the property was not provided at the agreed appointment time.

Cancellations

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge if we are notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee to cover travel and scheduling costs.

Weather Delays

For safety reasons, services may be postponed due to heavy rain, lightning, strong winds, or other unsafe weather conditions. If this occurs, your appointment will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Service Guarantee

We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. If you believe your solar panels were not cleaned to an acceptable standard, please contact us within 48 hours. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a complimentary return visit.

Processing Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Consumer Rights

This Returns & Refund Policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (Act No. 68 of 2008) of the Republic of South Africa. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights available to consumers under applicable South African law.
